First, Prana moves in and out. Then, it flows up and down. In the third stage, it becomes still. At last, it merges into the Infinite.

Mentor in Ajapa Gayatri and Meditative Practices
Dear Reader,
Over 30 years ago, I immersed myself in the practice of Kundalinī Yoga, guided by Lord Shiva and the wisdom of ancient yogic scriptures. What followed was both unexpected and deeply transformative—an intense Shaktipata from my Ishtam at the sacred Tryambakeshvara Shiva temple. This marked the beginning of a spontaneous Kundalinī awakening, accompanied by a stream of visions, dreams, divine experiences, and sacred Upadesha that has shaped my spiritual path.
Many who are drawn to the Chakras and Kundalinī system tend to approach meditation at a surface level-seeking relaxation or momentary calm. But meditation, in its truest sense, is both an art and a profound yogic science. If you genuinely aspire to move beyond stress relief and enter the realm of higher spiritual unfoldment, it's essential to learn a systematic practice grounded in authentic tradition. That's precisely where these online sessions can support you—offering tools and techniques that are rooted in experience and geared toward transformation.
In these online sessions, I will be sharing key yogic principles and practical techniques designed to support your spiritual growth and inner clarity. As part of the course, you'll learn a set of meditative practices or Kriyas--each woven from a specific combination of breathwork, mantra, mudra, and meditation. These powerful techniques are taught with the aim of helping you establish a personal daily practice of 30 minutes, gently guiding you toward deeper awareness and transformation.
This online course is conducted via
WhatsApp Audio Calls on weekends. A foundational understanding of meditation, the Shiva-Shakti metaphor, Kundalinī, and the chakra system will enrich your experience. A devotional attitude toward Lord Shiva and his yogic teachings is essential for entering this path with the right spirit. While not mandatory, prior familiarity with the
basic technique of Ajapa Dhyana will be beneficial. You can view the upcoming schedule
