About Us
Born on the auspicious day of Krishna Janmashtami1 Bipin Joshi is a Kundalini
Yogi who demonstrates a rare mix of professional and spiritual qualities. He worked as a
software consultant and trainer for many years before renouncing the professional
life. He has authored or co-authored half a dozen
books in his field of working, mostly published by USA and UK based publishers. He is also a Registered
Medical Practitioner in Alternative Medicine (RMP - AM) with main focus on Yoga
and Naturopathy.
In the year 1995 he miraculously came across Bhavartha Dipika, a commentary on Bhagvat Gita by saint
and yogi Janeshwar2. This turned out to be an important phase of transformation
in his life. He then started practicing Kundalini Kriyas based on
the teachings of Shiva Samhita. He accepted these two sacred texts
as his Gurus. Another phase of his spiritual life began during his visit to
Trayambakeshwar3 where he experienced Kundalini awakening in
the temple of Lord Shiva. After the awakening he also
experienced some spontaneous
kriyas4 and was inspired to teach Kriya Yoga
to others. Based on
these spontaneous kriyas he later developed Atmadarshana Kriya,
a powerful combination of breathing patterns and meditations that hastens the spiritual
progress of the practitioners. He also authored a book titled
Kundalini Yoga : Concepts and Practices that throws light on many kriyas
for awakening the sleeping serpent. Having attained the spiritual highs in
relatively young age he prefers quiet and secluded life and have chosen web
as the main medium to spread his teachings.
His style of Kriya Yoga consists of seven powerful techniques, six of which
are available publicly on this web site. These techniques are authentic and have their origin directly in
the ancient Yogic and Tantric texts. He hopes that this web site and kriyas taught therein
will prove useful to any sincere practitioner.

It is believed that the awakened Kundalini gets these kriyas
done from the sadhaka. Yoga experts have tried to analyze the
cause and effect of such spontaneous kriyas with no common agreement.
The fact remains that such spontaneous kriyas are still a mystery of
Kundalini Yoga. |
