Unmanaged life managed clock
Tick...tick...tick...the clock is ticking making people run behind it. People
often say that addiction to alcohol and drugs are very dangerous. True. They are
dangerous and spoil your entire life and family. But good part about them is
that you know that they are dangerous. But have you ever thought of your
addiction to clock? Nobody knows that you are addicted to it and nobody
considers it is dangerous. Clock is ruling us day and night and we are its
slaves.
Many will immediately disagree with me on this but it is a bitter fact of
modern life that we all are "clock addicts". Don't agree? Go through the
following points and decide yourself:
- Recollect when the last time you get up from your bed without worrying
about office time
- As per nature one should eat when he feels hungry. Think how many times
you had a lunch just because it is 12 o'clock.
- Think how many times you go to bed because the TV serials are over and
it is 11 o'clock
- Recollect when the last time you took enjoyable bath without worrying
about local train timings
- Think how often you left the office by winding up quickly just because
office bus was about to leave
- Think how much time you can give to your parents, spouse and children
- Think how much time time you can give to your favorite hobby
- Think how much time time you can give to your health
- Think how much time time you can give to your self improvement
- Think how much time time you can give to God
Well...the list can go on and on. Still don't agree? Then please stop reading
and run behind the clock. Tick...tick...tick...
